cairo-perf-utils software package provides Cairo 2D vector graphics library performance utilities, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cairo-perf-utils
cairo-perf-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cairo-perf-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cairo-perf-utils *
You will get with cairo-perf-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
